Right about now you must be thinking does she have any other sets?  Believe me I do!  I just love this stamp set and I have these new Stampin Blendabilities colors  and well I just didn't want to stop coloring. I  promise that the next samples I share will use a set other than Indescribable Gift.

I used the new Soft Sky and Wild Wasabi Stampin' Blendabilities.  They are shown in the Occasions catalog on page 32 (bottom right).  There are 4 new sets of Blendabilities; Bermuda Bay, Pink Pirouette, Soft Sky and Wild Wasabi.  Yes, they are a must have.

Once I was done coloring the image I inked the entire image with VersaMark ink and then covered it with Iridescent Ice embossing powder and set it with the heat gun.  I used the same technique in this card

FFF Indescribable Gift in Crisp Cantaloupe

I am totally crushing on the Indescribable Gift stamp set in the new Occasions catalog.  It is so pretty and easy to color, a definite must have in my book.

I used the lightest color in the Pink Pirouette Stampin Blendabilities set and then the Calypso Coral Blendies.

This stamp set is called Indescribable Gift and it is so pretty and fun to color with Stampin' Blendabilities.  Are you wondering what color of Blendies I used?  That is another great thing that is in the new Occasions catalog, more Blendabilities!  I used Pink Pirouette and it it is so pretty and is a nice addition to the Blendabilities line.

After I finished coloring I inked the entire image with VersaMark and then covered it with Iridescent Ice embossing powder and heated it.  I love the glittery image.

I couldn't decide if it needed something else so I added a bow.

Still not sure which I like better.  How about you?

Here you can see that I only partially die cut the butterflies.  Looks like the butterflies are ready to take off!   If you do not have a copy of the Occasions catalog and/or the Sale-A-Bration catalog  and you do not have a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, let me know and I would be happy to send them to you.

Sneak Peek: Cheerful Critters

I have a little sneak peek for you.  The Occasions catalog which debuts on January 6 is jam packed with  beautiful, cute, and delightful stamps and accessories.   I just smiled when I saw the Cheerful Critters stamp set.  There's just something about these charming little critters.

1412Cheerful Critters wm

This little guy reminds me of the movie Say Anything.   Do you remember the scene where John Cusack is standing outside of her house holding a boom box?  I know, I know I am showing  my age!

The set includes 3 cute critters holding blank signs and 5 different sentiments that you can fill in the sign with.  I used words from the Crazy About You to make the "you rock" sentiment.  The hearts are from a new thinlit set that makes the cutest little bags.

I am back blogging.  I didn't mean to but I took a long break and the longer it went on, the harder it was to get back to blogging.  What made me come back?  I missed interacting with you and sharing with you what I have been working on.  Thanks for checking in on me and being patient.   I appreciate it so much and remember like the bear says..."You Rock".

Stamper's Dozen Blog Hop...Happy New Year!

Blog hop banner

Welcome to another Stamper's Dozen Blog Hop!  Our theme this month is Happy New Year.  December is the perfect time to reflect on the past year and think about changes you want to make in 2015.  Experts say it is important to write your goals  down.  With this in mind I decided that a pretty journal would be the perfect thing to help me stay on track.

Did you know that Stampin' Up! carries plain kraft  journals?  These journals are fun to decorate and customize.   They are the perfect size, 3-1/2" x 5-1/2" to carry in my purse. I have big plans for this little journal and know it will play a big part in keeping me accountable.

Product List

One thing missing from the above list is the Bow Builder punch (137414) which is also in the Occasions catalog 2015.  I love this little bow and i think this punch is a must have.  I attached the little bow to a clip so I can easily find my place in my  journal.

The upcoming Occasions and Sale-A-Bration catalogs are amazing.  Lots of fresh new products to start the new year with.  I am looking forward to 2015 and making it the best year ever!

Hop on over to France's blog.  I know she has something wonderful to share with you!

Shine Bright

Stopping by for a quick share!   Some of my team will be coming by soon and we are going to have a quick lunch and then head off to the Catalog Kick Off event.  We will be seeing the Occasions and the Sale-A-Bration catalogs that will go live next month.  I am so excited to be with my team and to see all the new stamps and accessories.

I made a little gift bag for them.  I used the new photopolymer set, Banner Blessings.  I thought the stamp that says SHINE like stars in the universe was so appropriate for these women.

Stamp ladies gift

Gotta run, they are here!  I will let you know how they like it.
