Sycamore Butterfly and Flowers

I have been working on my mid-month newsletter and decided that it needed some new samples using Sale-A-Bration products since the end of Sale-A-Bration is coming up quick on the 22nd of March!  Here's one of the projects I will be sharing .

Button flower card

This is definitely a card that will require some extra postage.  DOn't you just love a lumpy, bumpy flower! Here's a close up of the flower.

Close button flower

Love the Sycamore Street Buttons and Ribbon pack.   In the center of the flower is a large Pearl (page 175).   It has been fun finding different elements to put in the middle of the buttons.

Inside button flower

Here's the inside of the card.   The great sentiments are from the Vintage Verses SAB stamp set. If you would like to subscribe to my newsletter go to the upper left hand side of the blog and sign up.

Happy π Day!

Patterned Occasions Thank You

Yikes!  There's less than 2 weeks remaining of Sale-A-Bration!  Didn't it go so fast?  Here's a quick and easy card using the Patterned Occasions stamp set and the Sycamore Street DSP and ribbon.

SAB patt occ elephant

I think the Patterned Occasions set is great!  It is an easy set to use and the images and sentiments cover all kinds of occasions.  I also have to tell you that I love  the Sycamore Street DSP.  I will definitely miss this pack of pattern paper.  There is a nice mix of patterns making it easy to make cards for everyone.

Here's what I used to make this card:
Stamps: Patterned Occasions SAB set
Ink:  Basic Gray, Basic Black, Lucky Limeade Stampin Write Markers
Paper: Sahara Sand, Island Indigo, Pool Party, Sycamore Street DSP
Punches:  2-3/8" Scallop Circle,  1-3/4" Circle, Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack
Big Shot: Honeycomb folder, Circle # 2 die
Accesories: Rhinestones, Sycamore Street Ribbons and Button pack

If you would like to place an order please contact me or visit my online store and remember SAB end on March 22!

They're Back!

Who's Back?  The Easter chicks are back!   These little punch chicks are quick and easy to make and I updated them using the Card Base Pop'n Cuts and the Dress Form Pop' n Cuts.

Pop n cuts chix in a pot closed

A pretty simple card front.  Isn't it cool how the card closes?  I love that the Card Base Pop' n Cuts have these slits and tabs to keep the surprise inside a surprise until you open the card.

I built the flower pot and chicks and then attached it to the dress form.  If you want to see how I made the chicks here's a video  tutorial   I made.  The You Tube channel is an old one and I have a new one that the Embossing with 2 Folder video is on, with more videos to come.

Here's the new chick!  She's just a baby.   I used the 1-1/4" scallop punch to make her and the Bitty Butterfly punch .  Hope you enjoyed seeing the chicks again and here's a link to more  Easter Chicks.

If you have any questions you know how to find me so don't hesitate to ask.

Hope to stamp with you soon!
