I Have My Eye On You!
Word Play continued

Word Play

It has been a little bit since I last posted.  The summer is flying by and there is a lot going on.  I will tell you all about it soon.

In the next few days you should be receiving the Holiday mini catalog.  I hope you like it as much as I do!  I was sharing with my buddy, Linda (hi Linda!)  that I kinda went a little crazy when ordering from the the Holiday mini catalog (yes, demonstrators get to order early from the minis!)  She told me that she exercised a lot of control and only ordered a few things.  Huh?  She explained to me that she still had stamps that she had not inked up from the new catalog so until she did she was not going to order more.  Again, huh?!  Well,  I decided to put all my new goodies that I had not played with yet in a seperate bin and focus on getting some samples made with those sets  before I played too much with the really NEW stuff.

The first set I decided to work with is Word Play ( page 147).  This was another one of those sets that I had to have on my first order.  I love the bold images and knew I could  use it to make some manly cards. I wanted to make the cards pretty simple and really showcase the images. Here are a couple of the cards I made.
