Happy Halloween!

Do you have big plans for this spooky night?  This will be the first Halloween in our new community and I have a feeling it is going to be a busy night!  We have never lived in a house that got a lot of trick or treaters so this will be a new experience for us.  One of the neighbors estimated that we will get about 100-150 visitors!  I am looking forward to seeing all the costumes and also getting these 2 big bags of candy out of the house.

My friend Linda sent me this adorable Halloween card and treat.  She is so thoughtful and always surprises me with some fantastic stamped treats.

Morning 10-26The sky was gorgeous with that special morning light.  The  leaves are changing colors, falling, and the air has a definite crispness about it.  It is definitely Fall.

Color Coach to the Rescue

I was stumped.  I hadn't stamped in a couple of weeks and I was feeling  rusty.  Usually when we go on vacation I take along a stamping project.  This time I didn't.  I needed make and takes for  a meeting,  so the pressure was on.  What to do?  I turned to my faithful Color Coach and found the combination Baja Breeze, Island Indigo, and Rich Razzleberry.  Love it!  Once I had my color scheme  I knew I wanted to use the Snow Burst TIEF from the Holiday Mini and the Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer punch.  It was pretty easy after that, I just really needed to have s starting point and the Color Coach provided that for me.  Here is what I ended up with.

I was happy with the way it turned out and I love this color combination.  Thank you Color Coach!  If you need a coach  on your stamp table let me know I would be happyy to help you add this valuable tool to your stamping supplies!
