Grateful Sunflower
November 02, 2011
It is a gorgeous fall day here with blue skies and sunshine! Remind me when I start to complain about the rain and the gray that we have had a pretty beautiful fall. How was your Halloween? We were busy! We had maybe a 100 trick or treaters, lots of scary ones and a few cute one too! I finally turned off the lights at 9.
Here's what I am feeling today.
Still loving this big sunflower! This time I embossed it on Soft Suede cardstock and cut it out. Lucky for me it is a pretty easy one to cut out. I started fussing around with spraying Gold Smooch Spritz and other things like that but in the end decided that I would keep it simple.
Here is something that I am grateful for, I have a 1 month pass to Craft Project Central for the month of October to give to someone. If you look back at my October posts you will see all the Craft Project Central projects you will have access to if you are the person chosen. Here's what you have to do. Leave me a comment on this blog post and tell me what you are grateful for today, easy peasy! Comments will close at midnight (PST) on Saturday(5th) and I will randomly pick a winner from those commenting on Sunday (11/6) morning.
Thanks for stopping by and I will let you in on something, I am working on posting to my blog everyday this month. Yikes, I said it so now I have to do it!
Love the flower. Good luck with the daily posting, I know that sometimes life gets in the way of our best made plans. I do so enjoy checking your blog each day, it makes me feel like you are right here in Spokane.
