Furry Folk Easter

Best of Everything Birthday

I am still obsessed with these simple pocket style cards.  Today I cut out a window using the Labels Collection Framelits die.    This made the stamping a little trickier so I lightly traced the outline of the label so I would know where I needed to stamp my bird and branch.

Here's what the 2 parts of the card look like.

Here's what I used to make this card.

Stamps:  Best of Everything (still love that chubby little birdie), On Your Birthday, Bring on the Cake
Ink: Early Espresso, Pear Pizazz, Perfect Plum
Paper: Pear Pizazz, Whisper White, Blushing Bride from the In Color Patterns DSP stack
Big Shot:  Labels Collection Framelits
Punches: Scallop Edge punch, Itty Bitty Shapes Punch pack
Extras:  Pear Pizazz Seam Binding Ribbon, Basic Rhinestones

I have just one more pocket card to share with you tomorrow and then I am moving on, promise!  Have a great 29th of February.  Are you proposing to anyone to day?

Sharon, I found your blog from Nancy Riley's iPicks and I'm SO glad I did! You have SUCH talent and SUCH awesome cards!! Thanks SO much for sharing all your wonderful-ness!! I especially love the Furry Folk cards - I think that's an under-appreciated stampset and I've only sold ONE this year, to a like-minded customer! Heehee

Anyway, could you share how you make your pocket for the two pocket cards? Measurements for the DSP, etc? I LOVE THESE CARDS, and I have some little granddaughters who would LOVE these too!
