Clearly For You
March 17, 2012
Have I told you how much I like the Sale-A-Bration Designer Series Paper(DSP) Everyday Enchantment? I am sure I have. One of the reasons is that I have a serious crush on Poppy Parade and it is a color prominent in this paper pack. I am really going to miss this color when it retires at the end of May. The 2010-2012 In Colors will be retiring and a new set of In Colors will be featured in the next catalog due out in June. If you are going to miss any of the In Colors; Poppy Parade, Pear Pizzaz, Concord Crush, Blushing Bride, or Peach Parfait then you need to make sure to stock up on cardstock, DSP, ink refills, ribbon.
I really like Poppy Parade and black together. Here's what I used to make the card.
Stamps: Clearly For You, Teeny Tiny Wishes
Ink: Poppy Parade, Black Stazon
Paper: Very Vanilla, Basic Black, Poppy Parade, Everyday Enchantment DSP
Punches: Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border, Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack, Crop-A-Dile
Big Shot: Scallop Rectangle Clearlit
Extras: Basic Black Taffeta ribbon, Black Brad
Here's a closeup of those cute little birds.
Have a Happy St. Patricks Day! Not sure if we are having green eggs or not but I am sure we will drink something green!
Very very nice card....a real eye catcher. Thank you for sharing your creations!

Thank you for your kind words! I was really pleased to see that the design from the Clearly for you stamp mimicked the Everyday enchantment DSP. Little discoveries keep me entertained!
