Manhattan Flower
March 27, 2012
Remember when the Manhattan Flower TIEF debuted? It was a must have and well I think it still is but I admit I have not pulled it out in a while. I was looking for a set that I could use to practice my coloring skills and thought it would be perfect. Coloring is definitely not one of my strengths and I hope with more practice I won't shy away from stamp sets that require coloring.
I even used the Manhattan TIEF in the inside of the card.
I like the partial embossing and will definitely employ that idea again. Here's what I used.
Stamps: Elementary Elegance SAB set
Ink: Basic Gray, Regal Rose and Daffodil Delight Stampin' Write markers
Paper: Watercolor paper, Pink Pirouette, Basic Gray, Whisper White
Big Shot: Manhattan Flower TIEF
Punches: 1- 3/8" and 1- 1/4" circle punches
Extras: Basic Gray Satin ribbon, Blender pen
Okay here is your Sale-A-Bration reminder. There are just a few days left of Sale-A-Bration so be sure to place your order soon and not wait till the last minute. Okay? Thanks!
You are going to have a hard time convincing us that you have trouble with coloring images, lol.
This is a very beautiful card!
