Live in the Sunshine and Gumball Green
July 17, 2012
Today is the day when the annual flight of the SU! demonstrator begins to Convention. This year I will not be among those winging their way to the Salt Palace. I will try not to whine too much since it was a choice I made. I make these decisions and then later wonder what was I thinking? Instead I will try and console myself with stamping (what a concept!?!) and organizing.
Stamps: Pursuit of Happiness
Ink: White Craft Ink, Gumball Green
Paper: Gumball Green, Whisper White, Daffodil Delight, Summer Smooches DSP, Polka Dot Parade DSP, In Color Patterns Stack
Punches: Blossom Petals Builder, 1 1/4" Scallop Circle (sneak peek coming in the Holiday catalog), 1" Circle punch, 3/4" circle punch
Big Shot: Perfect Polka Dot folder, Tasteful Trim die, Delicate Designs folder
Extras: White Embossing Powder, Brights Buttons, Brights Brads
In this picture you can see that the front panel is cut shorter and the DSP is actually on the inside of the card. The card measures 4-1/4" x 9-3/4" (not including the white "trim").
Be sure to let me know if you need a Holiday catalog! It is full of really creative new stamps and tools! I did a pre-order and that is what I iwll be playing with this week to console myself!
Hi Sharon! Looks like I'm not the only one that didn't make it to SLC:( Maybe that's what I need to do...stamp:) Hopefully we'll both get to go next year. I haven't used my Blossom Builder punch in a long time. I need to get it out again. Your card is beautiful and has made me smile:) Thanks for sharing!
