Blended Bloom and Blendabilities
May 06, 2014
New In Colors, Blendabilities, new ribbon, stamps and much more have arrived in the As the Ink Dries craft room! What do you think was the first thing I played with?
If you guessed Blendabilities, you are right! Blendabilities is Stampin' Up!'s newest coloring tools and they are fabulous. I have lots to learn but I had to share with you my first card.
Stamps: Blended Bloom
Ink: Memento Black pad (love!), Cherry Cobbler Assortment Blendabilities, Daffodil Delight Assortment Blendabilties,
Paper: Whisper White, Kaleidoscope DSP
Embellishments: Daffodil Delight seam binding ribbon, Rhinestone (colored with Cherry Cobbler Blendabilities)
The Blendabilities come in color assortments and each assortment (except for the Skin Tone Assortment) has a light, medium, dark marker. This makes it so much easier to figure out the coloring and blending. One thing I learned at the Catalog Reveal is you start with the darkest color and work lighter. I know that is going to take some getting used to!
I will be back to share with you the Weekly Deals and remember the Retiring Stamps list and the Retiring Accessories list.
WOWZA!!! Nicely done.
