Stamper's Dozen Blog Hop...Congratulations!
April 14, 2015
Welcome to another round of the Stamper's Dozen Blog Hop! This month our theme is Congratulations! This year we have quite a few graduations to celebrate so I thought it would be a good idea to get started on the cards. One thing I like to do is coordinate the colors I use to the school colors. I think it makes it more personal and fun.
I was so happy that the school colors for the first graduate is purple and gold! I couldn't wait to break out the gold foil paper and gold glimmer paper.
This card fold is called a tri-shutter card and they are a LOT easier to make than they look. Here's a diagram help you.
The dotted lines are scoring and the solid are cut lines.
Product List
I was very pleasantly surprised to see that a gift card fits perfectly on one of the panels. I secured the gift card with stars and glue dots. I am so happy that I have a gift and card that will work for both male and female graduates.
Thank you for stopping by! Next person on the hop is France Martin. I know she has something really cute to share with you!
or if you can head to BJ's blog and see what fun project she has for you!
