Garden In Bloom Latch card

I had some leftover card parts from some events last month and decided to make some cards before I forgot what all the pieces were for.

Garden in Bloom latch card

I used the Garden in Bloom stamp set for this sample and it was the first time I inked this set up. It is a great 2 step stamping set and since it is a photopolymer set it is very easy to line up.  Love that little bee.  I am going to have to make this card again using the English Garden DSP.  The DSP coordinates beautifully with this set.

Here you can see the opening made by the word window punch and the "latch" behind the stamped image.

Can you see the glittery goodness?  I inked the entire image with VersaMark, covered it with Iridescent Ice embossing powder, and then heat embossed it.

I would love to know how you made this card, especially the "latch" part. Do you sell the directions?
