Stamper's Dozen Blog Hop...Hello Fall!
October 14, 2015
Welcome to the October edition of the Stamper's Dozen Blog Hop! This month we are all about saying Hello to Fall! I bet you can guess what stamp set I will be showing. Yup, you guessed it, Lighthearted Leaves. Today, instead of a card, I am sharing a home decor idea.
I found this inexpensive plate and thought it would be fun to decorate and display on my mantle. I cut out the largest circle from the Circles Collection framelits out of lightweight cardboard. I used this as my base to arrange the leaves on. Once I had all the leaves arranged and was ready to attach it to the plate I decided to use some velcro so I can change out the decoration seasonally.
I previously shared how I made the glittery embossing in this post.
I'm looking forward to making more arrangements to showcase on my plate. I think this is going to be a fun addition to my decorating.
The next stop on the hop is France Martin. She always has something gorgeous to share with you.
If you haven't seen BJ Peter's beautiful project then you better head in the other direction. I know you do not want to miss out on what she has in store for you!
Thanks again for stopping by and hopping along with us!
Love this idea! Thanks for sharing. Can't wait to see what you do for Christmas

Thank you Carol! I have lots of ideas whirring around in my head. I may have to do a monthly plate, a plate of the month just to get them all accomplished. Thanks for joining us on the hop!
