Balloon Celebration stamp set and a Challenge
February 22, 2016
What a strange blog post title. I realize now that is sounds like I am having a challenge with the Balloon Celebration stamp set. What I really mean is that I used the Balloon Celebration for a challenge. I wrote about my obsession with the Balloon Celebration stamp set in this post. This set was perfect to use to play along with the Friday Mashup.
The Mashup Challenge this week is:
- Create a project with a birthday theme.
- Create a project using stencils.
- or Mash it Up!! and create a birthday themed project that uses stencils.
This card has a secret. When you push the band up another message is revealed!
I love the shiny foil accents on the Shine On Designer Series Paper. It is hard to capture how pretty it is but those little accents help to elevate the whole card.

Hi Eileen, I am terrible at the name of folds. I usually don't even know what the "proper" name is. This card was based on a card I received a few years ago that I finally got around to making myself. I will post a tutorial after I teach it so I can be sure to get all the kinks out. Thanks for stopping by.
