I hate to keep repeating myself but I love the Botanical Gardens suite in the Occasions catalog. Hawaii is where I grew up and one of the places I call home, so all the images just speak to me. Yes, stamps, papers and dies talk to me, mostly they say things like "buy me" or "we want to live with you" and since I am a good listener I do what I am told.
I knew I wanted to make a card that looked like a haku lei. If you don't know what a haku lei is, google it and be prepared to be totally amazed and well, just do it.
It was fun creating this card and trying to achieve the look of the lei. There is a strip of black card stock between the 2 panels that serves as a the base on which the flowers are arranged.
There is a bundle that includes: the Botanical Blooms stamp set, Botanical Gardens Designer Series Paper, and the Botanical Builder Framelits Dies and when you purchase the bundle you will save 15% and also qualify for a free Sale-A-Bration product. I used the Perfect Pairings set and think they are a perfect match.
There are also 3 new Sale-A-Bration product choices available as of February 16th.
I shared a sample here using the Pedal Pusher stamp set. Remember you earn one FREE Sale-A-Bration product for every $50 you spend (before shipping and handling). You can shop at my online store or contact me and I would be happy to help you!
