Create with Connie and Mary #CCMC423 Merriest Wishes
September 08, 2016
It has been a while since I posted. The past month has been a difficult one for my family and we are slowly getting back to normal. It will take a while so please bear with me.
I have not stamped anything in close to a month. I wanted to start contributing to the Connie and Mary Design team and I also knew that having a sketch would help me get back to stamping. Here's the sketch #CCMC423.
Love this simple straightforward sketch. I had a box of new goodies from the Holiday catalog that needed unpacking and the first thing I pulled out was the Merriest Wishes stamp set and the Merry Tags framelits. They were perfect for this sketch.
Product List
I layered the Fabulous Foil Designer Acetate over the Red Glimmer Paper. The Fabulous Foil Acetate has gold foil designs on one side and on the flip side the design looks more silver. There is a thin plastic liner protecting the Fabulous Foil Acetate. It is hard to see but it is there and you need to be sure to peel it off.
I hope you will join in the challenge and be sure to check out what the other designers created for the sketch.
Thank you for stopping by,
I was wondering how you got the polka-dot onto the red glimmer...thanks for explaining! It looks great! I really love these framelits, although I haven't purchased them myself yet.

Beautiful card! How did you get the acetate to stick on the red glimmer paper without adhesive showing through?
