Create with Connie and Mary Challenge #452
April 06, 2017
Time for the Create with Connie and Mary Challenge #452! This week it is a Color Challenge!
Sahara Sand is one of those colors I don't use much. I don't really know why because i think it looks good with just about everything.
I used the Mini Treat Bag thinlits to create the pocket for my card. The card insert measures 3-5/8" x 5-1/2" so it fits in an A2 envelope.
Are you wondering how I did the flower inlays? I cut a strip of vellum and laid it under the die cut strip and glued the flowers on to the vellum.

I hope you will join in the challenge! Be sure to go to the Create with Connie and Mary blog and see what the other designers created with for this challenge.
Bee-yoooooooo-ti-ful card! And such a smart idea about the vellum strip for the inlay - thanks for *both* ideas!

BEAUTIFUL Sharon! I LOVE the tip about putting a strip of vellum behind the diecut and adhered the individual flower pieces to it. Brilliant!
