Yes, I said I wasn't going to purchase anymore from the Holiday Catalog BUT I just could no longer resist the call of the Festive Phrases stamp set.  

This little elf just makes me smile.  It is quick and easy to get him colored and a few enamel shapes on his hat and shoes ramps up the cute factor in a snap.   It has been a while since I have used the Bow Builder punch. Making this bow just reminded me of how cute they are and how quick they are to make.  Definitely a good punch to have on hand.
