It is Thursday and time for the Create with Connie & Mary Challenge.  This week it is a color challenge.

What makes this Color Challenge special is that it features Emerald Envy which is a retiring In Color.  I will miss this bright, bold color!

I wanted to use Wild About Flowers stamp set one last time before it retires a the end of the month.  I have used this set a lot and you can see some of the past projects here,  here,  here,  here, here,  here,  here, and  here.

Are you wondering what Designer Paper  I used for the bottom portion of the card?  I used a stamp in the soon to be released stamp set, Lilypad Lake inked in Emerald Envy on Pool Party card stock. I believe this stamp is supposed to represent the ripples on a lake but doesn't it  also make a great design when turned vertically?
