Color Your Season-What's New at Stampin' Up! Blog Hop
August 05, 2018
Welcome to the What's New at SU! blog hop. We are a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrator from around the world who are Hoppin’ With Exciting Ideas to share with you. Today we will feature products from the Color Your Season suite. I know you will find a lot of wonderful ideas on how to use the Blended Season stamp set, Stitched Seasons Framelits Dies, and the new Watercolor Pencils assortment 2.
Things you need to know. The Blended Seasons stamp set and the Stitched Seasons Framelit Dies are only available in August and while supplies last. The Watercolor Pencil Assortment 2 is also available in August and there is a cryptic note that says they may be available in a future publication.
The Blended Seasons stamp set has so many beautiful images that are perfect to color using the new Watercolor Pencils Assortment 2. The images in the stamp set will have you covered for every season. I couldn't resist the beautiful flowers in the set and thought they would look great colored using the Gorgeous Grape watercolor pencil in the new assortment. I used an Aqua Painter with the Gorgeous Grape and the Crushed Curry watercolor pencils to color in the beautiful bloom.
In the Stitched Seasons Framelit dies there are 3 sizes of this great shape. I love the stitching along the edge of the label. In fact the the cutting edge of the die is sandwiched between two stitching lines. The paper you cut the shape from will also have stitching along the outline of the shape. This makes for lots of possibilities. The Mossy Meadow leaves were cut from one of the 10 dies in the Stitched Seasons Framelits. The dies used to cut the "friend" is from the Petals & More Thinlits.
