The Create with Connie & Mary Challenge this month is to CASE the catalog.  This week the inspiration sample is on page 110 of the Stampin' Up!® catalog.

What does CASE mean?  CASE stands for Copy and Share Everything.  For the challenge you can be inspired  by the layout, colors, stamp set almost any aspect of the the chosen sample.  

I chose to CASE the layout.  

I am still focusing on the Tasteful Textures bundle so I used the one of the Tasteful Background dies as a focal point.  I love seeing the gingham peek through the "petals".  I need to explore this idea a little more.  Look for another peekaboo look in the near future.

This combination of Pool Party and Poppy Parade has been on my mind.  Unfortunately I wasn't able to capture the true beauty of the Pool Party color in my pictures.  

I used the "thanks" from the Good Morning Magnolia stamp set and the other sentiment is from the For the Love of Felt stamp set.  Be sure to check out what the other members of the design team created for the challenge.
