It is Thursday which means it is time for a new Create with Connie & Mary Challenge!  This week we have a color challenge!

I pulled out the Very Versailles stamp set that has not seem much action and the Positive Thoughts set from the Jan-June 2020 Mini Catalog.

I used the rectangle die from the Nature's Thoughts Dies and cut it in Very Vanilla. Cardstock  I did a little light sponging around the edges of the Very Vanilla rectangle using Soft Suede ink.  The long leafy image was stamped in Old Olive ink.  The writing was stamped in Soft Suede ink and stamped off once so it was a little more subtle.  The butterfly is from the Positive Thoughts stamp set and was stamped on Pear Pizzazz CS using Soft Suede ink and cut out using the Nature's Thoughts Dies.  Are you wondering what ribbon I used?  This is a little sneak peek of a ribbon that will be available next month and is part of the Ornate Garden Suite.  The Ornate Garden Ribbon Combo Pack contains 2 spools: 1 each of 2 colors (Old Olive, Terracotta Tile).  The ribbon is 1/4" wide and you get 5 yards on each spool.   The Pear Pizzazz panel was embossed using the Parisian Flourish 3-D Embossing Folder.

On the inside I added a strip of Soft Suede Cardstock and a little sprig of leaves cut in both Pear Pizzazz and Old Olive Cardstock.  This quick and easy card can be used for lots of different occasions.
