Ready for a quick and easy Christmas card using the Everything Essential bundle?  

This quick and easy card starts with a Whisper White note card.  Why?  It doesn't get much easier, since the note card is already cut, scored and ready to go.  Yes, the note card size is mailable.   The cute paper is from the Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper pack.  The designs are cute and simple in the best possible way.  Lots of dots, stripes, checks in traditional Christmas colors.  This paper can definitely be used for occasions other than Christmas.  All in all a very versatile and cute pack of paper.  The larger piece of paper (1-3/4" x 5") has one edge cut using the Peony dies.  Love the little scalloped edging.  There is also an embossed swirl along the edge which is more visible when using a solid piece of paper.  The striped piece measures 1/2" x 5" and is a cute little accent.

The tree was inked up in Old Olive ink.  Prior to inking the stamp I placed pieces of Post It notes over the sentiment.  Once the tree was inked I removed the paper and inked up the sentiment in Real Red using a Stampin' Write marker.  The tree was decorated using the Star Designer Elements and Red Rhinestones.  A bow tied using the Real Red Sheer ribbon was added with a glue dot to the top of the tag. 

Here's a cute, quick and easy  lollipop cover.  You probably noticed that the tree is a different color than the one on the card.  It was getting late and I was getting lazy so I used a Pear Pizzazz ink spot to ink up the tree.  The smaller sized pad made it easier for me to ink up the tree and avoid inking all of the sentiment.  I used the Real Red marker (Stampin' Write) on the sentiment and it covered up the Pear Pizzazz ink that was there.  If you do this, wipe off the marker on a piece of scrap paper to remove the Pear Pizzazz ink before you put the cap on.  This trick works if the marker color is darker then the ink color you are coloring over.

Punch 2 holes about 1/2" apart at the top of both tags.  The tags are attached to 1-1/2" x 3" piece of Old Olive cardstock scored at 1" and 2".   Adhere the tags to the Old Olive base.  Thread a piece of Real Red ribbon through the holes with the lollipop stick between the two holes and tie a bow.
