I was having a play with the Frosted Gingerbread bundle.  I love how the Gingerbread dies cut out some of the designs in the the Gingerbread & Peppermint DSP, so cute!  The dies are beautiful and I thought they would also be beautiful cut out of different papers.

Isn't it amazing how a change of paper creates a totally different look?  Here I cut the intricate ornament die out of Basic White CS and layered it over  Rainbow Glimmer Paper cut using the solid ornament die.  I cut the solid die out of different sections of the Rainbow Glimmer Paper to capture the different colors.  Unfortunately I was not able to capture the sparkle of the Glimmer Paper.  

The Wintry 3D folder was used to add the pine texture to the Basic White panel that the ornaments are attached to.  The Wintry 3D includes two  3-3/8" x 6-1/4" folders, one in pine and the other snowflakes and swirls.  On the sides of the embossed folder I added that beautiful edging which is also a part of the Gingerbread dies.  

The sentiment can be found in the Frosted Gingerbread stamp set.  I heat embossed it in white embossing powder on the Basic Black CS.  The sentiment was cut using the Stitched Rectangle dies.  I used Basic Black CS since I used the Black Glittered Organdy Ribbon for the ornaments.  Inside I also added another sentiment from the Frosted Gingerbread stamp set.

October Stamp of the Month Projects… To Go!

The October stamp of the month is Merriest Moments  (pg 43 of the Mini Catalog). The To Go projects use both the Merriest Moments stamp set and the Merriest Moments Hybrid Embossing Folder aka the bundle (156783).  Having the bundle will make it easier to complete the projects but is not necessary for the projects. What comes in your To Go kit?  All the cardstock,  DSP, embellishments and a link to the tutorials to make your projects (3 cards).  You will also need the Soft Succulent, Evening Evergreen, Bumblebee, and a Cherry Cobbler ink pads.  These items and adhesives are not included with the To Go projects.
