Layers of Beauty & Decorative Masks
June 06, 2024
It is Thursday which means a new Create with Stamping Friends Challenge. This week it is a sketch challenge.
I used one of my favorite bundles from the 2024-25 Stampin' Up! Catalog, Layers of Beauty.
The Layers of Beauty bundle includes the stamp set, dies and decorative masks. I used all 3 to make today's card.
- Old Olive CS card base 5-1/2" x 8-1/2'
- Basic White CS layer 4" x 5-1/4"
- Pretty in Pink CS layer 3-7/8" x 5-1/8"
- Pretty in Pink CS layer embossed using the Timber 3D Embossing Folder
- Layer the Pretty in Pink CS to the Basic White layer and the on to the Old Olive card base
- Large florals inked with Tuxedo Black Memento ink on Basic White CS
- Mask #1 Pretty in Pink ink applied with a Blending Brush
- Mask #2 Flirty Flamingo ink
- Mask #3 Melon Mambo ink
- Mask #4 Granny Apple Green ink
- Mask #5 Old Olive ink
- Repeat this process one more time on another piece of Basic White CS
- Die cut both images out using the coordinating die
- Trim away some of the image and attach to the Pretty in Pink layer with Stampin' Dimensionals
- Stamp the sentiment (Unbounded Love stamp set) in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on Basic White CS
- Die cut the sentiment using Nested Essentials dies
- Adhere to the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals
- Attach a Pretty in Pink 2024-26 In Color Shimmer Gems
- 4" x 5-1/4" Basic White CS
- 3/4" x 4" Pretty in Pink CS embossed with the Timber 3D folder
- Leftover flower from the bouquets on the card front
