Wintery Tree Tops Sending Thanks
July 25, 2024
It is Thursday and time for a new Create with Stamping Friends challenge. This is the last of the CASE the Catalog challenges. I have enjoyed these challenges. The challenges have made me look a little closer at the samples in the catalog and there's a lot to look at. This week the challenge is to CASE the card on page 103.
Isn't this card adorable? I don't think I properly appreciated it until now. I love the layout so I decided that is what I would CASE.
- Real Red CS card base 5-1/2" x 8-1/2'
- Real Red CS layer 3-3/4" x 5"
- Stamp the swag from the Wintery Tree Tops stamp set (coming in the September-Dec mini catalog) withDie cute Whisper White ink on the Real Red layer
- Die cut Nested Essentials rounded rectangle (2-3/8" x 3") in Basic White CS
- Lightly blend some Daffodil Delight ink on the rectangle
- Die cut birds from the Nests of Winter DSP (coming in the Sept-Dec mini catalog)
- Adhere the birds to the Nested Essential rectangle
- Ink in Early Espresso "Sending thanks" portion of the sentiment (use either an Early Espresso Stampin' Write Marker or an ink pad) and stamp on Crumb Cake CS
- Die cut the sentiment using the Nested Essentials rounded rectangle (1" x 1-3/4")
- Cut an 1" x 5-1/4" strip of Nests of Winter DSP
- Attach the Real Red layer to the Real Red card base with Stampin' Dimensionals
- Adhere the DSP to the Real Red layer
- Adhere the larger Nested Essentials rectangle over the DSP strip
- Attach the sentiment with Stampin' Dimensionals
- Attach the Cherry Cobbler & Pearl Adhesive-Backed Berries (Online Exclusive-expected back soon approx 8/5)

Thank you for stopping by and be sure to check out what the rest of the Create with Stamping Friends team created,
